We at SteriGear make it our goal to deliver you the right product every time. However, we understand that there are instances where the wrong product may ship. Please find below our policy for returning products:
Incorrect / Damaged Shipment: If we have shipped you a product different from what you originally ordered or if the product is damaged when it arrives, we will replace the product free of charge. Please call us at 1-800-398-3259 so that we can attach an RMA to your request.
Correct Shipment unopened box: If we have shipped you the correct product and you wish to still return the product and it has not been opened, we will receive the product back at a 35% restocking fee. Please call us at 1-800-398-3259 so that we can attach an RMA to your request.
Correct Shipment opened box: If we have shipped you the correct product and the box has been opened, we will not receive the product back as sterilization may have been compromised. We will request payment in full on the opened product.
